Take part in intention setting and releasing what no longer serves us 🤎 Intentional Cacao drinking using my own brand of Peruvian ceremonial Cacao, ‘Cacaocita’. Connecting to the Earth & Sky via a beautiful ritual. 🫶🏻 Come together in a sharing circle to deepen connection within the group 🫂Continue the morning with partner exercises to delve even deeper into your own journey 🥑 Nutritious lunch provided & free time to journal, meditate and take in the views 🌬️ Spend the afternoon working with our breath to release through chakras - ending with primal scream! 🦁 💃 Feel the freedom of playful dance to shake it all off! 😌 Blissful sound journey to finish a magical day! Free goodybag to take away, including a small pouch of Cacaocita for you to try in the comfort of your own home 🙏🎁 The day will begin at 10am and finish at 5pm.
